Archiving

The DaSCH repository service is free of charge for national research projects or those with Swiss participation. For data volumes exceeding 500 GB, annual cost sharing by the project or its hosting institution may be required (no fees apply for project data stored in the DaSCH Service Platform before the beginning of 2025).

 

Services

Workshops are free of charge.

Consulting services are free of charge for members of research IT groups and other research infrastructures.

The first eight hours of work for research groups or individual scholars are free. Additional consulting services will be charged as follows.

Standard rates:

CHF     640/day for PI at the University of Basel

CHF     640/day + 7.7% VAT for other Higher Education Institutions

CHF 1,280/day + 7.7% VAT for all other external institutions
